HR Coordinator

Responsibility:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR administrative support.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment and HR administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
