IT Support / Network Engineer

Responsibility:

  • Resolve IT support requests from employees and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
  • Answer employee questions regarding computer systems (macOS & Windows)
  • Gather and analyze data to diagnose system issues
  • Modify configurations, settings, and permissions to resolve computer or network problems
  • Generate sign-ins and set up accounts for new hires during onboarding
  • Install and update software, hardware drivers, and ensure systems are up to date
  • Keep employees informed on the status of their service requests
  • Log all service requests and maintain accurate ticket records
  • Monitor and report on all IT systems, including:
    • CCTV systems
    • Networking infrastructure
    • End-user devices

Requirement:

  • Network engineering certification or diploma
  • Proficiency with both macOS and Windows operating systems
  • Hands-on experience with CCTV systems
  • Familiarity with Mikrotik, Unifi, and Rujie routers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
