IT Support Specialist

Job Description

  • Oversee and test IT infrastructure, mainly software.
  • ⁠Provide technical support for internal team.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate and perform software updates and installations, ensuring all systems are running as required.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of internal user’s manual, IT processes, configurations and issue resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments on training and usage of company’s own system.


  • Experience Minimum 1 year in IT support field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software (such as POS, CRM, QMS, etc.) and network.
  • Advanced English skills
