IT Support Specialist
Job Description
Oversee and test IT infrastructure, mainly software.
Provide technical support for internal team.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
Coordinate and perform software updates and installations, ensuring all systems are running as required.
Maintain detailed documentation of internal user’s manual, IT processes, configurations and issue resolutions.
Collaborate with other departments on training and usage of company’s own system.
Requirement:
Experience Minimum 1 year in IT support field.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software (such as POS, CRM, QMS, etc.) and network.
