Responsibility:

• Manage and ensure accurate creation and updating of transaction records in the retail inventory & accounting software for all Apple product lines.
• Record and reconcile Cash and Bank entries in both physical logs and the accounting software.
• Verify and confirm bank payments and ensure timely posting.
• Oversee funds counting, ensuring accuracy and accountability at all times.
• Identify and report counterfeit currency; maintain up-to-date knowledge of security features on currency notes.
• Reconcile Cash and Bank balances regularly to ensure error-free accounting.
• Maintain complete records of payment options (cash, card, bank transfer, etc.) and ensure transaction accuracy.

• Ensure adherence to company rules, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Guarantee compliance with statutory and Apple Authorised Reseller financial guidelines.

• Prepare and present periodic financial reports to management.
• Monitor sales and expense trends; highlight variances to support strategic decisions.

• Train and guide freshers in accounting processes, retail inventory software operations, and store policies.
• Encourage personal development, professional ethics, and language skills within the team.

• Maintain full product line-up knowledge to support sales and finance alignment.
• Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting personality development initiatives.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or consumer electronics.
• Proficiency in accounting software and retail inventory software.
• Strong knowledge of Apple product ecosystem and retail finance operations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent numerical accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to detect discrepancies.
• Effective leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
• Fluency in English.
