Store Manager (Retail)

Responsibility:

  • Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
  • Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability.
  • Managing the sales team and appointing each person in a fair manner.
  • Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
  • Preparing reports on buying trends and customer requirements.
  • Tracking each customer visit and report.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
  • Lead teams, provide supportive feedback.
  • Ability to use IMS system.
  • Ensure availability of merchandise (all products such as devices & accessories).
  • Training on new products and new features of products including OS and accessories.
  • Tally on daily cash balance and in store stock balance
  • Monitoring customer's demand for products to fulfill the needs of the customers.
  • Monitoring day to day operation process, sales process and inventory control and checking system and ground
  • Ability to achieve targets and task completion in time.

Requirement:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
  • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
  • Knowledge of accounts, finance, stock and other related things in store.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to learn new things fast.
  • Multi tasking ability and organizational skills.
  • Advance English and Burmese language skills
  • Have to be active during working hours
  • Analyze trends and recommend business improvements.
